Action for Protection of Wild Animals (APOWA) was established in the year 1999 with a mission of partnering with local communities focusing on action based programmes on animal welfare, protecting wildlife especially endangered species and their habitats, strengthening and helping vulnerable communities become more resilient to the impacts of climate change induced natural disasters. Our continuous and sustainable efforts have   been towards our chosen thrust area brings major environmental, economic, social and sustainable impact in the society since last 20 years.
